The Canadian Celtic Collective was formed in Ottawa, Canada over a number of years. Director Bethany Bisaillion has been active in the Celtic community for more than 40 years in many capacities - as highland dancer, piper and drummer, show producer, event planner and Pipe Major, she has worked with people from across Canada and the world, and brought many of them together on stages to perform, in boardrooms to talk ideas, and to help people online with many ideas and opportunities.
